Hi Crystal I think I know what you mean ! I call it a buzzing head ! It does not last for a long time a few seconds or so ! kind of like the feeling you get when you stick out your tongue and blow to do the nanana boo boo to a kid ?? but not a strong or when you are passenger in a car and you put your head on the window ?? is that close ?
