Thanks for these clarifications. I've been reading SO much about the causes of these symptoms that sometimes I can't remember which symptoms apply to which disease anymore!!

It would be really cool if someone posted an entire thread on the different problems that can occur in the inner ear (most recently I was reading about vestibular lesion and acoustic neuromas). Wow! There is so much out there on the subject but it is soooo difficult to diagnose and treat!
