Message needs to be read by moderator??????

I'm trying to post a question for Tom but my post just disappears and I get a message saying it needs to be checked by a moderator first.....I only ask because I've never seen this before and I've posted a fair few times????????

Hi CJL, this seems to be happening randomly since we moved to the new site.
It's nothing personal - if you just post the question anyway I'll find it and 'approve' it.

Edit: I found the post and sorted it for you. I also deleted a duplicate. Hopefully this won't happen again, but if it does just let one of us know and we'll fix it.

Hi, glad Pam sorted this for you. There are some sections of the site which need posts to be moderated. the employment section being one but this sounds like a glitch so hopefully it wont happen again. like Pam says, if it does just let us know and we fix it for you.
