Hello All
Im am writing this message as a reminder to all of our members to respect that all other members, staff and moderators here are also sufferers of this condition and therefore we all have our own issues to deal with.
Therefore with immediate effect no personal support will be provided by members or staff of dizzytimes by Personal Message, Email or any other means apart from the forum.
With this in mind if you require assistance, help or have questions (specifically with our condition) then PLEASE POST them on the forum rather than directing them at certain individuals. Remember that you may actually find more answers posting on the forum as we have a multitude of sufferers who post regulary.
I have asked all of our moderators to monitor this situation and if the need arises to take action to protect the heath and well being of our other members/staff/moderators to make it an enjoyable experience for all using our site!!
The Site Guidelines have now been updated to this effect.
