I would like to welcome you to the DizzyTimes.com - A community for dizzy people and there friends and family!

Bascially the site was created by sufferers of labyrinthitis who are frequent users of Emma and Ilia&#39;s excellent website: <a href="http://labyrinthitis.org.uk" target="_blank"><a href="http://labyrinthitis.org.uk" target="_blank">http://labyrinthitis.org.uk (http://labyrinthitis.org.uk)</a></a> who decided to create an additional site to provide a sort of "Dizzy Community" for sufferers and friends and family alike to get advice, self help and generally have some fun which can be very difficult with this condition.

Well if you are a new sufferer then i would suggest visiting Emma and Ilias site as they have fantastic information about symptoms, treatments etc then after arming yourselves with all the information you should be able to get on the road to some recovery! Then come and join us!

Our purpose is to provide you with a wealth of resources and access to a community of dizzies from all round the world! Perhaps for comfort and reassurance, questions or maybe you just want to have a laugh as you will find all of dizzies here very helpful and approachable! and for the more adverturous amongst you we even offer a live chat room facility where can chat directly to other dizzies in real time!

PLEASE NOTE: The Staff and Users of this site are NOT doctors or medically trained, therefore ALL advice offered to people on these forums are done on the understanding that it is your responsibilty to confirm it accuracy and suitabilty for your condition/problem BEFORE acting on it with a member of your own medical team.

If the doctor disagrees with the advice given then you should always take their advice over ours, as they have your medical notes to hand, and know your medical history.

Howdie All

Well its finally here! and im glad you have made it.

This is the brand new site which labyrinthitis support forums has become! We have made these changes to 1. improve the service we provide and 2. Include most if not all of the other conditions which can make you dizzy.

Why have we done this? Well alot of members visiting the labyrinthitis site who during there treatment were finding that what they thought was labs was actually some other type of vertigo complaint and therefore thought they could not use the service. Well that was not the case as any person suffering a dizzy complaint was welcome, but to make it easier we thought the change would allow us to provide a community and the support which we have all come to enjoy to any person suffering with dizziness.

The 2nd part of the update was to upgrade the forums to the latest software available and we also took the oppertunity to update the site with a brand new gallery. Yes it is new... and also to offer you guys a new look to the site >> What do you think about the new logo and design? PS: for info you can change the style of the site by using the drop down list at the bottom left hand side of the site! Select IPB Default for the orginal site look (Like the old Forum) or select this template Dizzy GFX_SKin for this new design or check out Dizzy Black for another look.

Thanks for the kind words... I only do it for you guys! giving my little bit back to the community!

Well thankfully im a little bit less busy tonight ! YEY! Im so glad you all seem to like it!

This is the first part of a couple of additions coming over the next couple of months... We will be upgrading the very latest forum and gallery (which im beta testing at the mo) and that looks like its got some interesting features, so look out for that in a month or so! also the current design (All done by me! LOL) is a temporary one as im in talks with my friend who is a graphic designer so a new logo etc will be incorporated in the next few days/weeks

2nd big thing im looking at is a voice chat room in addition to the existing chat room we have! that should be really interesting and we are looking to beta test this with a small group of users in the next few weeks. To qualify for the trial you will need a mic on your pc and be a little bit computer literate as you have to install a client application on your computer to use it. I will post details of how you can apply for the trail in the next few days.
