As you all know, Tom helps out with advice on the site. This is a reminder that although Tom is our adivsor, he is not paid for his services, he gives his time freely and is a sufferer himself to a degree. He is also human and therefore may not see every post so may not be able to answer every question posted for him. We would remind people to remember also that as he is a very busy man he may not be on the site every day. This site is here to give support and advice to everyone and that includes Tom. Therefore if you post a question for him, please dont expect him to automatically answer, he may as we have said, not see the post.

The same applies for the moderating team, they too all give their help voluntarily.

Thank you

Agnes on behalf of Site Managment team.

Tom is just great! He answers our questions honestly and to the best of his ability. I am sure all of us here really appreciate his input, I for one do. He has a great sense of humour as well. Its a really good help to us all on here and very good hearted of him to share his wealth of experience with us without charge. I didnt realise that Tom has vestibular issues, no wonder he is so understanding then. Thanks Tom!

Thank you to all the administrators as well, you always give us such good advice, make us laugh and look after us all. Thank you all.
