Hi Guys,
I know for me, the computer screen has been difficult for me as it is one of my MAV triggers. I am unable to get on as often as I used to.
I consider this site to be my MAV home. I visit other forums/boards, but this was the first one and at my darkest times, I needed everyones encouragement....I am most partial to my dizzytimes friends!!!!!!

Thanks to all of you
As I am not fully well yest, I still need each and everyone of you!!!!!

Hmm, do you have a TFT (flat) or CRT monitor?
If you have a CRT (big, fat thing, lol), make sure that the refresh rate is set up correctly. Anything below 75Hz (although I prefer 85+ or even 100+) makes me very ill very fast.

If you have a TFT, make sure that the resolution is at its max. I'm not sure if this would be a trigger, but downscaling to 1024x768 on a 19" monitor, for instance, will make the text blurred, which definitely can cause problems (even in non-dizzy people).
